How we work together
These are the terms for working with Clever Consult. They are written in plain language and may be updated; the version in effect is the one on this page.
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call. If we both decide it makes sense, the next step is a paid diagnostic.
Fees are fixed and agreed before work starts. There is no open-ended hourly billing. The diagnostic is a $1,500 fixed fee and is required before a sprint.
Software and usage costs are billed separately, at cost. Where possible, you own your own accounts, so nothing is locked to us.
Retainers start at $2,000 per month, with a 3-month initial term, then continue month-to-month with 30 days notice.
