We review invoicing, cash flow, lead follow-up, and manual hours, then hand you a written plan with priced options. If you book your implementation sprint within 14 days, the full $1,500 diagnostic fee is credited toward your sprint.

We build the agreed scope: automations, integrations, and workflows. Scope and price are agreed before work starts, with no open-ended hourly billing.

We monitor, maintain, and improve what was built. Starts with a 3-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. software and usage costs billed separately at cost, and where possible, you own your own accounts.
